- Weekly rates - daily times seven less 5%.
- 5% Discount not applicable to weekly rates over holidays and Peak Season..
- All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to availability.
- Third Person $20/night.
- Children 8 - 16 years, $10.00 per night.
- Any overnight visitors arriving after your check-in will be charged $30 per person, per day.
- Rates are subject to change.
- All rates subject to 9.375% sales/county tax.
- One night's payment is required on reservations less than 7 days in duration. 50% payment of anticipated room charges for stays 7 days and longer. Payment in full is due upon check-in. Reservations are considered as a commitment for the period requested.
- All changes and cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged 1 night. Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject 100% penalty. No refunds will be given for early check-outs. These charges are for each room reserved.
- Check-in time 3 p.m.
- Check-out time 11 a.m.
- There is a 50% late check-out fee. Check-outs after our published 3:00pm departure time will be charged at the applicable full rate for an additional day.
- Studios are equipped for light cooking.
